I need someone with excellent phone skills who can call our leads and set up real estate deals. You must have reliable internet access to make your calls (you will use a system similar to skype). The script is fairly simple and the leads are property owners who are responding to advertising we have done looking for sellers who are interested in what we are offering. It is a proven script and the leads we generate have also been proven to work over and over again in the past. The only variable is your skill on the phone. You will get 2 to 10 leads per day, 5 days per week – approximately 10 hours per week. Our experience is that after you get good with these leads, you should close about 20% of them or more. The leads would be distributed to you each day by our administration person. We use an internal, proprietary CRM, so it's important that you understand how they work. There are two parts to our process--an initial call (part one) and a closing call (part two). In the beginning, you will be responsible for part 1. The script you will use begins like an interview with a series of questions. The first step in the call is where you talk to and qualify the lead. If the lead is interested in our offer, you will attempt to set an appointment so our Seller Closer can close the deal.
