Need a Business Development VA based in Manila

Looking for a virtual business development assistant who can provide admin support such as drafting proposals and emailing clients, following up, and performing other administrative tasks. The rate is fixed at $11/week for 8 hours of work (or less) per week. Bonuses are added for accomplishing sales goals for the week or month. The successful candidate must be reliable, accessible, results driven, tech savvy (knowledge of CRM is a plus) and can speak well on the phone.
