Preparation for Renewable Energy Integration !

I am looking for technical report (by Renewable Expert ) about how shall Grid Operator at any country Prepare for huge Renewable Energy Integration. the report will concentrate on Control center at transmission company and the operator. The report will be base on international practice as well as technical point of view . the report shall cover 1) what is the challenges and risks that may face the grid operator for Renewable Energy Integration. What is the proposed solutions and whats is the best from them. especially for gulf region? 2) what is the requirement to be implemented in control centers such as not limited: software, hardware , training, procedure ...... 3) what financial and environmental impact on the country Note: 1- benchmarks with all solution shall be a base for the report 2- report at the end shall be represented also in IEEE paper forum 3- simulation using matlab or other software for general concept is required for some of below cases or similar a) voltage shaving using storage, b) reduce the effect of ramping using diesel generator, c) distribution of PV plants among the country d) reduce the harmonic e) inertia problem 4- preferred to work with one has Master in Renewable energy or actual experience 5 Liturer Review shall be within two week and rest within 4 week more 6- project based one weekly discussion further information can be discussed in private
