Technical Support Specialist - New opportunity Eindhoven and Utrecht

I would like to show my interest in applying for your technical support specialist. I worked in my previous job as a Back-Office Supervisor in a BPO company on a prepaid US telecom account. We assist customers through emails and by making outbound calls. We handle any concerns with regards to their phone service which includes Activation, Plan changes, Billing issues, Technical issues and Retention requests. I've been working in a call center for almost 8 years since November 2010. I decided to find a work at home to give more time with my family. I hope you can consider my application.
