Symbian Applet

We need simple Symbian based Applet (for Nokia cheap phones). The App should allow the user to login (their login send to server for validation). If server approved the login, server will provide a list of content. They can view the content and this contents should be printable to bluetooth printer. Then the user can send simple text message to the server like "Hello World", this message should be delivered to the server and server will respond back with some reply message such as "Hi there!". This reply message should be printable as well to the bluetooth printer. User can logout. And login must be prompted if they open the App again. Developer is free to advise on recommended Bluetooth Printer device.
