We are looking for a cost-efficient supplier to make a few prototypes of a: #1. BENT STEEL TUBE (see attached drawing) with POWDER COATING. #2. PLASTIC COATED SPRING STEEL CLIP If the combination of quality & pricing suite our requirement - we are looking for quantity pricing for: Prototype Parts / 400 pcs / 1000 pcs / 2000 pcs/ 5000 pcs If you are quoting from outside the US, we need a landed cost (including shipping, packing etc.) for the prototypes as well as for production parts. Candidates who can provide photos of previous similar work preferred. This is the first of many other sheet-metal parts needed in similar quantities. Note: Previous issues with quality have included: *Bent Tubes* - Powder Coating chipping off - Uneven Hand Drilled holes (not pierced) - Pitted Tube Used *Spring Steel Clips* - Spring Steel not heat treated properly leading to deformation at first use - Plastic Coating peeling off - Plastic coating improper around the hole
