I can deliver this database within 2 days for half the cost because I'm trying to establish a name for myself as a freelancer, and I'm not concerned with making money at the moment. I have all the relevant experience, I speak fluent English, I'm from the United States. I plan to complete the project by creating an algorithm in C# to cycle through each and every combination and then save the data table to a SQL database as well as an excel file for easy offline access. I suspect the data table will be ~15-20 GB based on my quick calculations.
