To automate a process in Outlook 2010. I am periodically sent an email from the same email address containing a hyperlink which starts the download of a .CSV file. I want to automate the process so that the link is automatically opened whenever the emails are received from this sender and the file saved to a specific folder on my computer. I would also like the file to be renamed with a timestamp. The link in the email is partly variable and part fixed, so the script would have to pick up on only the first part of the link. e.g. http://google=234234 The numbers after the = would be the variable between each email.

Hi, I assume that you are using Outlook 2013 or 2016. My macro will check if there is any mail in a special folder. If there is a mail at that folder, it will open the mail, try to grap the link. If not found will give an alert and quit. If it is able to grap the link. It will open the link copy the file and then rename it. If this is what you want here is my offer. Best Regards,
