Automate a workflow

Our customers need to need to fill in multiple forms and send them to an offical body. Currently we get them to fill in a word doc with their information, transcribe this information to the forms and email it to them. They sign the form and send it back to us. We then send it off to the offical body. There are multiple forms that need to be filled in with the same information. We would like to automate the process. We now have a google form that can be filled in and an editable PDF file. I can import the data to the PDF file. This makes it easier but I would like to automate it all. - Create an online form to capture data points from people. Example would be google forms. A link will be sent to the customers to fill in their data. This data will need to be added to existing numbers. This form will need to be added to our website. - Data points need to be matched to entries on a pre existing PDF files. Some of those data points will come from the form and others will come from data allocated to the customer. - One file would then be immediately emailed back to the customer. - 1 week later the second form will be sent to the customer.
