I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I'm a guy and would like to be photoshopped with myself dressed as a woman in like a romantic sexy couple picture. I'm not that bad looking as a guy and very passable as a woman (true trap). My idea is to maybe pose as male and then female with the same background and then just merge both pics into one.

Not a problem. We do not need to develop anything. Using photoshop we can develop those pictures without a problem. Relevant Skills and Experience Photoshop skills. Used them a lot in game design. Proposed Milestones $15 USD - Creating the required picture.
