I will develop windows application that will convert animated gif file into the mp4 video. Also, I will develop a licencing solution that will stop working after trial days and without activation will not allow working. Also, will develop web panel from where you can manage all software those are you're on your customer side and also manage time limit of licencing and all. Please let me know if a user selects multiple gif images then we will merge it or separate videos for each file will be generated? I have already sent working video of it in your previous project please check it. I have 4 years of experience in c# web and windows application development.
