A web-based program that connects DB2 database, this program must insert data, remove data, update data and this data can be added one by one by the final user or the user can have the facility to upload a file with multiple registers to be included, update or removed from the database, the separate fields of that file must be comma. First things first: 1) The program should use free software of preference (Python with Flask or Django) 2) Must connect to the DB2 database in another server (no firewall or restrictions) 3) User must sign in 4) You should allow yourself to load a worksheet in CSV to make several changes at the same time the separation of the fields is comma. Subsequently I'm going to send the names of the tables and their functions.

I have worked with a similar DB2 database with a Brazilian client using Python and Django. I have the experience to connect to the DB2 database. I also have many years experience working with IBM Mainframes that uses DB2 extensively for data storage. I am a Mainframe DB2 certified professional. Please provide details to proceed. Thanks
