Greetings.
Kindly see below the details of the project.
This projects involves the following components:
1-Our main Admn dashboard where we can customize the system for our different clients ie companies or Clients.
2-Transporter Dashboard/Company Dashboard
3-Staff App on ios and android
4-Drivers App on ios and android.
-Drivers App
-To sign in after sms blasts with Password to login for the first time.
-To be able to perform roll call for staff boarding the bus ie ticking present or absent or swiping the staff against their ID number as appearing on the App as they display their badge when entering.
-To input their profile pictures and other account details on the App ie email address and contacts etc.
-To be able to call office by using office contacts entered on their Company/ Transporter dashboard .
-To see traffic situation on the App.
-Have SoS button
-See upcoming trips as scheduled from admn side.
-Ability to send pre set messages from the App ie Mechanical breakdowns, poor weather,Road blocked etc
Staff App
-Sign in after receiving SMS blast from their adm Transporter department.
-See ETA of bus to pick up points
-Get alerts when Bus is near ie by minutes or distance .
-See other available buses and pick up points and scheduled times say when the staff is in a different route.
-Have SoS button
-capability to put online or offline such that the driver from their App are able to see if certain pick up point has a staff to be picked or not-To save time and fuel.
-See drivers contancts and office contancts Transport department contacts.
-Capability to rate the drivers.
Our Main Admn Dashboard
-To be able to create and customize accounts ie create Nakumatt Holdings account...they get link to access the system and the end user to have the feel like the App or system belongs to them and not us .
-To see how many vehicles are in our systems.
-See number of trips made.
-See number of users onboard
-Capability to see active trips
-Send updates or emails for upcoming features etc.
-Add additional admnis
-Deduce analytical reports from the system ie driving patterns, times, speeds ...issues etc.
Transporter or Company accounts
-Login via a link after we approve their Application in the system ie after our KYC
-See active/packed buses from their dashboard.
-Create/enter data of their buses, routes, drivers , staff , pick up points etc in the system. Edit/delete/ deactivate the same data.
-Assign buses to routes,pick up points, drivers and staff [login to view URL] deactivate the same.
-Schedule the buses ie pick up times etc
-End trips from dashboards suppose drivers leave the running
-See the following reports
Speed of the buses
Time taken in each trip
Distance covered (help budget on fuel consumption)
Staff picked and time they were picked.
-Cabability to search for reports per staff ID , dates, routes, dates etc.
-capability to send alert messages from the dashboards filtered to routes, drivers, staff etc.
-Capability to add, edit/delete admins in their system.
-Ability for Transporter to have multiple sub accounts ie if they serve different companies with transport services.
-Ability to create pre set messages to appear on drivers App ie Expect delays to heavy rains etc.
-Add staff details ie Names , email address, mobile numbers and Staff IDs/staff index
-Get as many analytical reports on the dashboard to make it user friend and arrive at business sense of having the system in place.
This is majorly the concept is subject to revision to add and reduce aiming at what will make the system user friendly and top notch.
