Program a RTSP Stream repeater application

RTSP repeater. A simple program to take a local RTSP stream which is unauthenticated and output it as a second stream with specified username/password and on the specified port. This program should be able to have all its input able to be filled in automatically on open if specified via commandline / shortcut variable. One additional command line parameter should be autostart. to auto start the repeater. Upon loss of connection the repeater should auto attempt to reconnect every 10 seconds until the toggle button is pressed or the application closed. I have attached a mock UI image. This program should be compatible with windows 7 and newer.
