Need Help for Embedding Python into C++ Application

Using the methods shown in the Python documentation, I need a freelancer to help me embed Python so that it can be used by a C++ application via an external DLL interface. And then demonstrate usage of Python to send a simple websocket test message from the embedded Python to an external listening Python script. I can provide the C++ Application SDK for creating an external C++ DLL that embeds Python, which should only require a few lines of template-like code. Ideally, you have worked with embedding Python in C/C++ applications/DLL before and can demonstrate this knowledge to me. I can provide detailed task list for the project upon further discussion.
