Hello, I am certified Salesforce developer and have received all 5 star ratings on Freelancer website so far. After going through the project description, I concluded that both of your requirements can be done at once using Salesforce itself. I can write a Batch class in Salesforce which will run once every day (at set time) or multiple time (if required). The batch class will query all tickets group by each Technician, check whether Summary exists or not and check status of ticket. After that, the same batch will also do the following: i) Add summary on the ticket if it doesn't exist by parsing saved email ii) Send follow up email from Salesforce itself to the customer, if ticket hasn't been updated for X days iii) Send 'still looking into your enquiry' email if last email was from customer and record hasn't been updated in last 24 hours. iv) Close the ticket and send 'Closing email', if client hasn't replied v) Once all this is done, finally a summary email will be sent to relevant person. The only requirement for achieving all this is that email should be synced with Salesforce. Please reach out to me for further discussion.
