Find c++ byte array inside memory

I know that inside the memory of program 2GB in size, contains an array which has length of 24 bytes, and I know if the value changes, is it possible to find the exact value of the array if I don't know anything else. or is it possible to somehow generate all the parts that is changed so I could try each result to determine which is the right one?
