Hi, Since it is desktop application and to be made in such a way that , if tomorrow you want to take it to windows 8, 8.1.. or so, you need very minimal changes and processor adaptability. Hence, the software must be reliable enough. you have mentioned client server, but I guess client - middle ware - server must be a great model for you. I have a question regarding the process model you want to use. Is it Agile or spiral or waterfall .. etc ? I am really keen to know the details of the software.
