Create a Windows Powershell script

A script to create all the files mention below. The scripts needs to run and then run again every 2 minutes. Steps: 1. Run 1st time and create the file with the name "[login to view URL]" 2. Run 2nd time and create the file with the name "[login to view URL]" 3. Do the comparisson between the two files 4. If there are no changes = no action 5. If there are changes, create the file only with the changes and overwrite the original file 6.
