Hey, I'm well-versed in C language. One of ways in which you communicate it c is using , HANDLE hcomm; hcomm = creatFile ("....COM4", GENERIC_READ | GENERIC_WRTE, ..); I would be able to transpile your code to C within a day. Happy to help!
