The project is to simplify the Health Check systems which is being done manually as of now.
Target:
1. Python script with ver 2.7 should be capable enough to fetch IP address from a file.
2. SSH to each IP in the file respectively and execute set of commands eg: ( CPU capture, Hostname, Clock, Memory, Number of routes, BGP neighborship etc etc)
3. All the output should be saved in Excel sheet with respective worksheets eg (CPU, Protocols)
4. example: In CPU worksheet, it should contain 4 rows: Hostname, CPU, Memory, Date, Time)
Note: each ip in file is a Cisco router or Switch. So they have unique hostnames.
5. This script should be capable to run 4 times a day ( 8:00 am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm, 8:00pm)
6. All the output should be stored by name "Health".
7. The folder name should be Date so that it can be easily identified.
I have extensive experience in python programming. Familiar with ssh and excell parsing in python for linux platforms in particular.

I can assist you with this python script to automate various networking tasks you mentioned.
The script will fetch IPs from a file, ssh to them and run the mentioned commands and save outputs in the excel sheet. The script will also interact with Operating System to run at specified times. Another option can be to run the script through group policy on the operating system - that might be a little better option here but I will leave that to you to decide.
I would like to know which operating system you will be running this script from so I can test accordingly. I have a full Cisco routers/switches/firewalls lab that I use to test such scripts. When I send you the finished script that will be fully tested and working.
