build me an inventory management software that suits my operation cycle

we are a housekeeping company providing a full fledged housekeeping / and supply of linens and amenities for holiday homes and we need to have a software that can integrate with QuickBooks and with RFID solution (reader of UHF tag that can support multiple scan and searching) that match our operation cycle. for example : Company A give us a consignment of linens and amenities for her unit number A01 Also gives other linens and amenities for unit A02 We cannot combine the linen together ( as linen for unit A01 is having a color coding different than A02) We need to have initial standard BOM for each unit from the above Company B gave us the linen as consignment as well but the amenities we are supplying at specific prices with margin ( so buying price is different than selling Price) After receiving a job for A01 we open the software through the RFID handheld to check the BOM and prepare the same. Then we send the items prepared as per the BOM to the unit A01, and we removed the soiled linen and match the quantity that we have placed the day before along with the one placed. Soiled linen will go back to our storage then to be dispatched to the laundry with a printed report When receiving back from the laundry the quantity should be automatically checked that it is the same sent earlier most important is reports showing the amenities we are providing along with the linens as it has the laundry cost
