Build a few macros to develop a stocktake sheet

Hi, I need someone proficient in VBA who can build me a few Macros for an inventory stocktake sheet. I already have an activex combo box which generates a new entry every time I select a name from a drop down list. Now I need three things. 1. I need a button so that once the user inputs data (stock out, stock in etc), a confirmation pops up asking them if it's correct. Once the user click on it, the sheet will save (in two locations if possible) then the input cells for that entry become locked and aren't able to be modified anymore (unless I unprotect the sheet). 2. Once a name is selected from the drop down box, a time stamp (date and time in separate cells) is generated. I've tried using something similar to: If(cell <>"",NOW(),""). However, everytime a name is selected from the list, all of the old entries update to the current time. I need it to capture the time once the name is selected and that's it. 3. Once the time stamp has been generated, I want an if statement to read the time and see if it falls between 06:00 and 17:59, display "DS" or if it's between 18:00 and 05:59, display "NS" in a separate cell I will provide a template and the sheet passwords. Please provide a price and expected completion time.
