App for ricevuta on Linux's server 2

We need to create an app running on our Linux server. Using a file like the attached saleshistory. The app should do: 1- create a file pdf starting from the data that we have saleshistory (Ricevuta…). In the file ricevuta there are the change that we have to do to the template. Is it possible to create the field to insert the changes? So that when needed we will do the changes?
