Android Program which can have Chat software and full control on mobile remotely

My Dear Fellows I want an android software which can have following actions. 1. The icon of the software should be hidden or no icon. 2. software can run only using dial pad code like **123456## (can be changed) 3. Software should have its own chat software which can send and receive text messages Voice messages and video messages. 4. This software should be controlled by laptop remotely and can access all the mobile. 5. Remotely software can delete all the messages and can format the mobile as well. 6. Data can not be readable with out software. 7. Notification of the message should be displayed on the top of the mobile as an error. when we click on this icon nothing should be happens. 8. Location of the mobile can be watched by laptop. Looking forward for your reply
