Hi, We can do this for you. Do you have your own proxy and DNS server that is proprietary or do you intend to use Squid and bind? Using geographical ips for location based DNS can be easily done. Squid is a full feature proxy but setting it up to perform with high performance is still a problem. We would suggest writing a proprietary proxy in node.js if you want great performance.
