UltraCart Custom Checkout Page Need Asap

I'm looking for someone who has experience customizing ultracart checkout pages - this should be very simple for the right person. Minimal design work, I'll supply images. The goal is to create a clean, simple, responsive one page checkout. I'd like to add a header image up top, a product and guarantee image in the middle, an order button and secure/cc images below the button. I will supply all images. You will be responsible for a layout that is athetically pleasing. Ideally, also make the fonts slightly bigger and the field boxes bigger. I will provide examples of other checkout pages. Once you're done, you will provide the html code to paste in my account configuration settings. Please let me know if you have any questions. Experience customizing ultracart checkout pages is ideal.
