Add postal code to international Fedex shipping rate requests

We provide real-time shipping rate quotes from Fedex, UPS and USPS to customers who enter their destination country in our e-commerce website. Lately, Fedex requires postal code to be included if destination country is one of 42 "Postal Aware Countries" (PA Countries). We need to add functionality to our shipping module so that Fedex can provide rates for these PA Countries: show "Postal Code" field when a PA Country is chosen by customer, include this postal code in the information sent to Fedex, and show the country and postal code in the shopping cart. The shopping cart, which includes the shipping modules, is a customized version of Candy Press shopping cart, and is all written in ASP Classic.
