Shopify Expert: add partial payment feature

We have a shopify site (not a "shopify plus" site which allows more customization).
We need to add the following changes to the site:
The customer has the ability to make partial payments. So for example, Product A is being sold for $100. However many customers do not have ability to pay it in full. They want to start with 10% down payment, and then pay the balance in equal monthly installments over next 3,4,6 months etc, or pay the remaining payment balance at once whenever they are able to.
So we want to do following:-
1) On our current product page, show 2 options for checkout to customer:-
a) Pay in Full
b) Pay over installment (customer can then choose how many months also if he selects this option)
2) Once the customer has done this, he will go to checkout page and finish his transaction. If the customer has selected Pay over installment option, then the checkout page should show the customer that this is installment payment. So if the customer has selected this option, then on checkout page, instead of showing the full purchase price, he will be shown and charged the 10% down payment, and he will also be shown his installment option that he has selected on product page.
3) In the backend shopify page, it should show under customer order details as incomplete payment received and once we update manually that full payment is received, the customer order detail will show as full payment received.
I have seen many apps on shopify store but they do not really meet what we want to do.
We will process all future customer payments manually based on dates selected by customer. So you do not have to design any functionality for that. We only want you to design so that customer can pay 10% down payment if he selects the partial payment option on the product page, and he is shown appropriate messages in checkout page
We need an expert who can do this for us. THis is very urgent work. We want it to be error free, working on all browsers and responsive
