₱90-350 PHP / hour

I'm looking for a customer service person in the Philippines preferably from Marikina, Antipolo, Pasig or Rizal area to fill a vacant slot for a Shopify based online store. I'll do a phone or Skype interview but I would like to meet you in person as well. The work is from 10am to 7pm and it covers answering customer service emails for an iPhone/Macbook case company. If all goes well you will also assist with managing Facebook and Whatsapp inquiries. Emails range from 150-200 a day but there will be templates to assist you. To start with I need to know your customer service background, written English skills, organization and time-management skills. I also need to know if you already have a home office environment conducive to home-based work which means no loud noises or things that can distract you from work.
