Investigate and resolve a website problem.

We have a website ([login to view URL]) on which we sell one product and normally get daily orders and enquiries, but at regular intervals of two weeks or so, the orders and enquiries come to a complete stop and no one can tell us why. We keep getting charged for hits on the website but somehow the people who enquire or order are not getting though to us. Google Adwords, our webmaster, our host, and the banking connection all deny that it anything to do with them, but after we reset the whole Google Adwords setup, it usually restores service - - until it breaks down again a few days later. We are a small startup with very limited budget and one have on product - a barking dog alar - so we cannot afford to fail at getting this fixed. It needs someone to - - 1. look into updating website SEO settings. 2. The AdWords conversion data should indicate why orders and enquiries have recently decreaced. That needs checking out carefully. 3. The HTTPS status of our website needs to be checked. At the moment, pages can be accessed using both the HTTP and HTTPS protocol, however the HTTPS pages are serving insecure content. This is potentially an issue for our order and contact form pages, as Chrome and Firefox browsers will soon show warnings on the insecure pages with forms that request personal information such as an email address.
