Help me market my app for the mining industry

NOTE: DUE TO THE FACT THIS HAS TO DO WITH U.S. REGULATORY BODIES, I CAN ONLY ACCEPT US BASED CONTRACTORS. I was a freelance software developer in Seattle. Through some mutual acquaintances, I took on a project for the safety department at a large underground Palladium mine in the Rockies. They were having a lot of issues with regulatory compliance, specifically around tracking what pieces of heavy machinery each employee had been trained to operate. They were relying on a system of physically filing and scanning signed documents that was not keeping up with their operation. This was costing them real money as regulators would make periodic “surprise” audits. Any person found operating machinery that did not have training documentation readily available meant another fine, and they were adding up. I spent the last year working directly with the safety team at this mine, developing a software solution that solves these regulatory issues. It has been deployed at the mine since July, and usage the results have been quite good. Since this is a software built around a regulatory process, I know there has to be other mining companies in the US that have to do the same process. I want to find out how to reach other people like my current client, and get them to buy my software solution.. That’s where I am hoping you can help.
