Google Analytics Review of Goals and Source

We are looking for a professional who has past experience implementing best practice Google Analytics. We are running a multi language/region web site and have a number of goals set up to measure their effectiveness. This review could check up if we are measuring these correctly and we are getting the right information from these sites. This review will include evaluating our analytics effectiveness and make further recommendations. We need to make sure we are getting accurate measurements from Google Analytics on our goal completions in relation to the source medium. For example, we would like to be able to see not just a conversion rate but a definitive number coming from each source per month. The winning candidate needs to be able demonstrate their previous experience with Google Analytics.
