you must be an American period - no foriegn hands will touch this project I dont care how cheaper they are period . This is a serious project that will likely require more then one person. Investors are lining up for this revolutionary program that will teach people how to play music several times faster then they are able to now. If you can do one or more of the following we should talk: 1. program smart software (software that can make decisions based on user results) 2. create huge database arrays and programs that can manage and make decisions based on 1. 3. animation and graphics 4. program archetecture 5. midi interfacing 6. anything else im forgetting this program will teach people to play notes - recognise what their playing and compare to what they are supposed to play - make decisions and at same time will have a storyline and character that will interact with them on a huge level. To find out more about this simply google search musical educational programs like "Piano Suite" or whatever - there are many out there but this one is revolutionary and will turn that industry on its ear.
