domain tool

I need a tool that will find end users for a domain name depending on the keywords that are in the domain name. It will scrape search engines (google msn and yahoo) both organic and paid results for websites for websites and their contact info(email address) You will be able to automatically send out emails to these businesses with a press of a button. The reply-to email can be edited so like if I send out an email I can put in the email that I want people to reply to. thanks
