I need someone who can maintain a "Project Open" server.
We primarily use this service for Help Desk purposes.
We have a number of clients who have a front facing page and they can enter and create tickets.
There are about 5-10 employees who use this on the back end. I need to distribute tickets and these people need to be able to receive email notifications.
IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENTS:
1) You will need to add email support to Project Open immediately. I believe this will require an additional module to be installed (not sure though). We need to be able to send email alerts to our staff when new tickets are assigned to them.
Ongoing Requirements
1) Will be responsible for maintaining the PO Server
2) Adding and changing email notifications (and their configurations)
3) Adding and maintaining client and user data
