Position and Globiflow integration

I want to automate my wholesale business with Podio/Globiflow. From the moment a lead comes in, they will be going through the pipeline to closing by a click of a button. I have RVM and SMS so we a lead responds Podio will notify us about the lead and then from that point we will plug in the info from the lead and if they want to sell then we will send them a Real Estate P&S contract that’s already filled out all..all they have to do is esign it back to us and Podio will get notify of the returned contract and then we link a cash buyer to that deal and send them an pre fill assignment contract and they just need to sign it just like the seller. And have everything sent to our transaction coordinator and title company.
