Let me tell you something about myself. I worked in the callcenter industry for 6 years and 5 years doing homebased job, I have been through different kinds of support like customer service, tech support, sales, recruitment, training and project management doing tickets, handling client, team management, reports and various admin tasks. I have also worked in a publishing company assisting over 200 authors worldwide doing editing, proofreading, data entry, book design, seo and social media. For websites, I know the basic of wordpress and joomla and some graphic design.
I have done accounting tasks in the past via netsuite and freshbooks. Did training in quickbooks and xero. I also handled the invoices, reconciliation and team payroll.
I handled a team based in the Philippines and India doing wordpress sites, business catalyst sites, social media, seo and email marketing. I also do recruitment, did reports, presentations, proof reading, maintaining blogs, google docs and various admin tasks.
I have the skills, ability, confidence, maturity and commitment to perform well in this role. I have handled a team in the call center and online. I have been an agent too and did some calls and chat support. I definitely know how to handle client since that was part of my job.
