We are looking for a Telesales Person / Lead Generator to generate sales for our well-established recruitment and advertising consultancy.
You will be responsible for generating new business and should be an excellent communicator with superior people skills. You must be comfortable selling services over the phone and cold calling businesses throughout England for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
This could be an ongoing project for the right candidate and will be for at least 20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Contacting businesses by telephone and delivering a sales presentation to the relevant person in order to persuade potential clients to use our services
* Adjusting your sales presentation to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
* Developing a deep knowledge of our service offerings
* Making recommendations to prospects of the various solutions our company offers
* Meeting specified quotas and deadlines
* Documenting, tracking and monitoring all interactions
* Explaining services and prices, and answering questions from prospective clients
* Recording names, purchases, and feedback from prospects contacted
* Scheduling appointments to meet with prospective clients
