Sales Reps/Instagrammers Needed for Denver-Based Real Estate Media Company

Hi there! My name is Dan, and I'm an independent video producer based in Denver, CO. I've mostly been working with small businesses, producing content for their social media and websites. However, my ultimate goal is to specialize in the real estate world here, creating promotional content for local realtors and brokers. My ideal client is a company that wants to produce often, and on a regular basis. For example, the one solid client I have is doing 6 videos a month, and just signed a 6-month contract with me. I've started to build an informal team and partnership with a few people here in the Denver area; a real estate photographer (Justin), and an SEO/digital marketing/social media specialist (Nick). Nick has been busy with his own clients, and we're all currently quite low on funds to run a bunch of ads or hire someone to do outreach. That being said, this is a huge opportunity to grow a business with some entrepreneurs and make a little cash on the side. Your job will include cold outreach to realtors and brokers in the Denver area; this can include phone calls, emails, Instagram and Facebook. Even better if you have a solid, local Instagram audience to promote the brand. Make lists of your targets and go after them in your free time, or drive through the fancy Cherry Creek neighborhoods with For Sale signs. We don't want to push this thing too hard, but we do want to convince folks that they NEED our service to take their business to the next level. This job is commission based, with payouts starting at around $200. For example, our full media package that includes SEO, photo, and video starts at $2,000 per promo or listing, so you sell that and you'll get $200 once the contract is signed. The bigger the package, the more you make. If we choose you, we can all sit down and figure out what the next level of package will be and what it will cost. On top of all this, I don't want the candidate to be someone just looking for an extra buck, but someone who genuinely likes what we're trying to do and is looking to build something together. I want this relationship to be trusting and make sure we all have each other's best interest in mind.
