I'm a Real Estate Investor/Life Coach, looking for an Assistant who is very friendly and upbeat, trustworthy, honest, reliable, friendly phone manner, well organized, proactive, efficient, pay very close attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management, good listener, follows instructions closely, focus well, fast learner, experienced with excel and docs.
Your tasks will include conducting an internet search by lead address to obtain the current owners name, and direct phone number, and then call the numbers to verify the correct number. All incoming and outgoing calls must be recorded, and all information obtained must be entered into a spreadsheet and doc. A very detailed end of the day report is due at the end of each day.
This project is for someone interested in a long term, ongoing, prosperous relationship. There's plenty of room for growth and advancement within the company. I'm looking for a rockstar who can help take this company to the next level!
Need someone whos available to start immediately. Trainings are only held on Saturdays and Sundays. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays EST 11AM-8PM, and EST 12PM-9PM 3 days out of the week. That's 20-40 hours a week, 3-5 days a week, and 8 hours a day. More hours available if wanted. Weekends are required. Holidays a plus! Training starts today and tomorrow!
Bids at $2 per hour will be considered, and you will be eligible for bonuses of $250-$1,000 per sale! I have absolutely no problem being generous with bonuses and a raise, if you drive in sales.
