Expert Weekend Telemarketer 1

I am looking for telemarketers who can work 4 hours/day Saturday and Sunday. You will start with a trial period of 20 hours. If you are able to generate the results and targets we set for you, you will have the opportunity to do ongoing work. Objective: Generate good quality leads & set appointments with qualified agents to represent our product. Responsibilities and skills include: - Able to self generate Leads and cold call - Excellent phone etiquette - Extremely Self-motivated - Can Do attitude necessary   - Handle objections - Target Orientated - Solution based - Team Player - Demonstrate a high degree of diligence and accountability, with evidence of personal results - Update CRM and report effectively as per company policy Qualifications - Proven Telemarketing Sales experience - Fluency in English - Excellent communication skills - Result oriented - Strong customer focus and relationship management - Basic knowledge of IT (CRM,  MS Office) Compensation: $5/hour for 20 hours. After the first 20 hours you may be eligible for incentives based on performance Targets: Must be able to generate 2 solid leads (people who set a meeting at our office) during 20 hour trial period Schedule at least 2 call back appointments per hour (people interested in learning more) Make between 25-50 calls per hour Keep track of leads via excel sheet provided Complete a detailed work report at the end of each calling day
