>Responsibilities: -Answer the phone (smartphone application provided) -Track & Respond to Customer Requests -Coordinating staff/contractors activities + adding the activities to the google calendar -Providing quotations + sending invoices -Updating staff, contractors, and customers -Building relationships with our staff/contractors -In-taking + onboarding new clients, setting client expectations -Data entry in Excel/Google Sheets -Maintain an organized Google Drive file system: customer files, invoices, agreements -Complete forms and track information (training provided) -Other admin & bookkeeping duties as required -Bookkeeping experience will be an asset -Organize Bi-weekly Finance Reconciliations + as needed >The Right Candidate is: -high energy -fluent English -**positive attitude** -positive phone demeanor -enjoys problem-solving -highly organized -Strong Admin Skills -Works Quickly on the Computer -Can Multitask and coordinate showings -Learns Quickly >Qualifications: -Proficient on Microsoft Office Excel & Google Sheets -able to understand spreadsheets -Good communication skills, both verbal and written -Meticulous attention to detail -Office experience is a must-have Looking for a suitable candidate will be someone looking for a long term commitment. >Time Commitment Our time zone is UTC -7, PDT (Pacific Daylight Time, Vancouver BC Canada) Required days: Monday to Friday from approx 10am to 1pm + 4pm to 7pm PST Sometimes Required: Saturday may require 2 to 5 hours between 9am to 1pm PST, Sunday may require 1 to 2 hours from 12pm to 2pm PST Approx. 15 to 30 hours per week to start immediately. Hours to be increased as needed. Likely up to 30+ hours/week by May 2020 Job Type: Part-time, Growing to Full Time in the next few months Compensation: $2.50 to $3.48 per hour
