We're looking for UX designer to create web app

We are looking for a talented UXer, whether you call yourself a UX designer, interaction designer, user researcher, information architect or visual artist.

We need someone able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys. Translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes (we heavily use Axure), mockups and prototypes.

This expert will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing (start your proposal with the color of the sky).
