e are currently seeking support on a Call Center due diligence and research initiative with the objective to:
1.) Identify who the Atlanta-based call center players are (both in-house operations and third-party providers);
2.) Determine the call center's specialty and/or which line of business the call center is focused on;
3.) Determine what type of call center it is (e.g. inbound, outbound, hybrid, etc.)
4.) Identify how many employees each of these respective call centers employee;
5.) Identify how many customers these call centers (the third-party providers) serve;
Our initial desire is to grasp the greater Atlanta area. However, dependent on the time and effort required for our initiative, we are considering to expand the research to a larger scope of: Georgia, Southeast and potentially the US as a whole.
