We're looking for a virtual personal assistant to help our CEO.
You will be responsible for:
1) Responding to emails to clients and team
2) Data entry into our CRM
3) Booking tasks
4) Following up team members on projects
5) Web research on areas of interest to the company (product/vendor research)
6) Drafting emails to customers
7) Email collection
8) Event management and organisation
9) Manage CEO's social media accounts
We're looking for someone who has:
- Very strong command of English
- Strong writing abilities
- Fantastic organisation skills
- Flexible availability (5-10 hours per week, but will vary depending on time of year)
- Experience with Slack, Canva, Gmail, G-Suite, Mailchimp
Nice to haves:
- Someone who can also do video editing
