3D Models and Rigging required (ongoing work available)

This is potentially ongoing work for the right freelancer(s). Within the next month I will need base 3D cartoonised characters created (e.g the usual big head to body proportions). 1 male, 1 female, 1 cartoon animal Of each of the above I need: 1. One high quality e.g. realistic flowing hair, eyes, skin, flowing clothes 2. One very good quality e.g. medium flow hair, cartoon eyes, medium flow clothes 3. One good quality e.g. rubberised rigid hair, skin and clothes (I have attached a few examples taken from google images) So in total, 9 models. Each with preset facial expressions for speech e.g. 'ee', 'oh', 'oo', 'th' etc Each with fingers, toes, teeth, tongue, lips and eyelids Each fully rigged and weighted ready for animation (HD video ready). To be delivered in .blend format for animator to easily continue working. Ideally the freelancer would be UK Based (preferably West Midlands) for ongoing work but happy to work with anyone based on their quality of work.
