From house plans, elevations and cross sections provided (I can provide drawings and materials specifications in pdf format) develop digital 3d model (to agreed digital drafting standards) of 3 bed x 2 bath house in sufficient detail for take off of materials and cost estimation for construction. Also develop building plans and drawings to achieve local government approvals in Australia. Also develop walk through animation of houses with some various finishes I specify. Also design and detail kitchen and bathroom cabinetry to IKEA modular system. Optional add-ons for this request - create material lists and work package specifications for various trades Potential for more work to create range of kit home packages. Potentail
