I have 10 years experience working as an architectural designer/project manager (not licensed though) and have a degree in architecture. I have managed projects all the way from conceptual design, to complete 60-80 page drawing sets, to city review to construction management. I most recently have been a Real Estate Investor for the past 6 years.
