We are looking for a freelance recruiter with strong experience in talent acquisition to acquire top tier talent for Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing functions in partnership with hiring managers.
• Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively share talent across the portfolio
• Advertise roles as required in the most appropriate way to attract candidates (LinkedIn, JazzHR, etc.)
• Telephone/video interview all shortlisted applicants
• Work closely with hiring manager during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited
